What is ezFILL™?
ezFILL™ is a next-generation biofiller treatment. It is prepared entirely from your blood at the time of your appointment — with no synthetic additives, no animal products, and no foreign substances.

1. Blood draw
20mL of blood, comparable to a routine blood test, is drawn the patient's arm.
2. Centrifugation
Blood is spun in a centrifuge, separating out your platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-poor plasma (PPP).
3. Thermal processing
The PPP is heated, turning it into a volumising, injectable gel. This is then mixed with the liquid the PRP, creating a growth-factor-rich, cohesive biofiller ready for injection.
4. Injection
The ezFILL™ gel is injected into target facial areas using a cannula.

Immediate volume will be visible after the first treatment.
Skin texture, elasticity, and firmness then continue improving over 3-6 months as new collagen and blood vessels form.
x3 Sessions, 3 months apart
A series of 3 treatments spaced 12 weeks apart is recommended for optimal collagen stimulation and lasting volumisation. Results from multiple sessions tend to last 12 months.

Frequently asked questions
Pre-procedure preparation
Avoid blood-thinning medications - Where clinically safe, avoid aspirin, NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen), fish oil, vitamin E, and herbal supplements for 1–2 weeks prior. Never stop prescribed anticoagulants without medical clearance.
Avoid alcohol - Refrain from alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Avoid eating fatty/fast foods in the 72 hours prior to the procedure.
Stay well hydrated - Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours before your appointment. Good hydration supports a comfortable blood draw and quality PRP and PPP yield.
Plan ahead - Schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks before any major event. Bruising and swelling may be visible for up to 2 weeks after treatment.
Post-procedure aftercare
Keep the area clean - Avoid applying makeup, skincare products, or any topical agents to the treated area for at least 24 hours.
Avoid ice - avoid applying ice packs or cold compresses to the treated area for the first 72 hours, as this can disrupt the natural healing and growth factor activity.
Avoid sun, heat and exercise - Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, steam rooms, strenuous exercise, and excessive heat for 48–72 hours to minimise swelling and bruising.
Contact your practitioner if you experience any adverse events.
How long do results last?
Results typically last 3-6 months with one treatment, and up to 12 months with multiple treatments.
For best results, we suggest 2 to 3 ez-FILL™ sessions, each spaced 3 months apart.
Individual results will vary and every procedure carries risks.
What is the cost per treatment?
A single ez-Fill™ treatment typically costs $900, or a pack of x3 sessions for $2,500.
